Send:
All orders are delivered by FedEx by 2 weeks after purchase. All orders are sent insured. Orders are only sent to the shipping address specified. Make sure your address is correct.

Return policy:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging. To use this right you can contact us via info@neonlamppen.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Processing your return:
After we have received your return shipment, we will get started with the assessment of the returned articles and the processing of your reimbursement. The money is refunded according to the original payment method that you used during the purchase, unless otherwise desired. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days. The shipping costs of the return are for your own account.

Articles that cannot be returned:
Text Neon lamps that are made to measure according to specifications of the buyer such as: a text neon lamp created on the webshop or an adapted logo for private individuals. Standard neon lamps and tailor-made when purchasing as a company (B2B contract) can never be returned.

Guarantee:
Our neon lamps are handmade with love and craftsmanship. It is therefore intended that you can use our neon lamps for as long as possible. We give a 24 -month warranty on all our neon lamps. If a neon lamp has a manufacture error in this duration, we will have the neon lamp repaired or replaced. If the neon lamp or adapter breaks due to incorrect use, we cannot replace it.

What is a manufacturing error?
A manufacturing error is when a product fails due to a mistake during production. NEONLAMPEN.NL determines whether it is really about a manufacturing error or owner's use of use.

Article defective received:

Report warranty
Complaint or defective within warranty:
If you report a complaint, we will check whether the warranty provisions apply to your personal situation. If the complaint is well -founded, all costs (including shipping costs) will be borne within the warranty period of Neonlampen.nl
